Multiple issues with unlocked blackberry

Hello everyone. Recently I bought used Blackberry Storm 2 and i'm experiencing multiple problems with it. I'm from Lithuania so my carrier is Bite and it's difficult to use not lithuanian phone, because my carrier does not support my device. On my phone WiFi and normal internet is not working, is it possible to some how 'unlock' or some how use internet? I have a plan for it, and first days i had internet and it was working with opera, but something changed and now it's not working. Also when i turn on and log to my home internet it writes "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application" and my wifi icon is displayed in gray.
Also is it normal that i can't receive items that are being sent with bluetooth? What could be the problem?

Are the data services off in manage connections - mobile network options?

I assume that you are not using a BlackBerry BIS data plan?

To receive files over Bluetooth you must first pair the device then go to Media, press the Menu key and select 'Receive Using Bluetooth'.
