Letter Mix-Up on Keyboard & No Photo Save

Hi, I have 4 letters which have mixed all by themselves. They are a, w, q, and z, so I have to watch what I type when I text. Anybody else have this? If so, is there a fix? I pulled the battery. This didn't help with the keyboard or with my photo issue. When I take a photo, it appears briefly, then turns into colorful lines as it saves. Help! Thanks in advance.

reload the os... look for the latest one 1082 should be just below this thread
