+1. I hate these "Storm or ____?!? Which one should I get?" threads.

Same, texting would be impossible for me with my lazy hands. I always have my hands on the keys as if I was typing on the computer and the thing with the storm is it will only push a letter if clicked so it saves me tons of errors.

You couldn't do a touchscreen without the click?!?!?!? Are you kidding me? I hope there is sarcasm in that, the click is the worst part of this phone.

click = storm

it would be a horrible experience without it, alot of the actual function revolves around the highlight>select function. that's how the trackball works, but instead of using a cursor you're just touching the area you want to select.

I absolutely hate when people make unfounded claims like this. Try providing some evidence to back you up before you make such ridiculous posts. The iPhone has held its own in the business world far longer than the Storm has. RIM's name alone doesn't give the Storm a free pass as a legitimate business phone. Just because the iPhone happens to function wonderfully as an entertainment and multimedia device doesn't mean it can't outperform the Storm in the business arena as well. Don't just follow the herd blindly. Do a little research and educate yourself.

maybe for yours but mine storm has worked pretty much flawless sense launch day at 6 am

no click fixes no nothing.. ran .75 until 2 days ago

I even made videos way back when showing my screen flip faster then the iPhone and people couldn't believe it..

I am sorry that there has been people on here with a bogus device but bogus is not my device mine has always worked extremely well..

The only issue I had was a random reboot every once in a while which is probably gone now that I have .148

Your the only one I know that uses that thing and the only one i know that has problems with HTML e-mails, try a different service and I bet you can do e-mailing right.
I think you don't know what your doing and have no idea how to even use Blackberrys
Then obviously you do not know what an HTML email is or what it looks like on a computer!!!!!! You can not even blow the image up while viewing the image in the blackberry email!! And have never used a iPhone/iTouch that actually works!!!!!!!!

http://forums.crackberry.com/f86/html-emails-203442/

You obviously do not know how to use the search button!!!!

Like I said, verizon and blackberry has confirmed this problem with me so you obviously do not use this phone like I do (as a data phone, it was advertised to be)!

This site sends me emails that show this problem the worst (join their email list) again the iPhone/iTouch shows this and all my others properly!

This is a little off topic, but I had an ipod too (80gig at that) and I recently sold it leaving me musicless. Then I realized my phone's media card had about 6.5gig left out of the 8(approx. 7.3 available).

So I picked all the songs I actually listened to from my iTunes and transferred them to the Storm's music folder on the media card and All the music remained organized. Also to mention the sound quality is great with decent headphones.

So just a suggestion: if you don't have a lot of music, then you can put it on your Storm.
