If I wait any longer~I'll wait longer to see what else Verizon has coming

Have been waiting for months for this phone to come out.
Every date has been wrong and I promise that if this phone isn't out by Oct.
I am just going to sit tight and wait to see if Verizon gets the Pre/Iphone/ or whatever other exciting phone pops up 4 months from now. They are playing a dangerous game of playing it so close to the EOY when Verizon has been rumoring alot of other sexy phone offerings next year. I so want this phone(NOW not later)
With Verizon rumors abound on Pre and Iphone I'm sure there are more people like me that are going to slide into the wait and see mode. Stupid move I feel. As for the "they want everything to be right " crowd~~They have had the time and could have done a better job of keeping us informed on release which would have given me a little more patience than spending my time skimming blogs on fake release dates~~ARRGHHH

What are you talking about? Verizon nor RIM have said a thing about this phone. There have been absolutely zero release dates mentioned by either of them. Stop getting yourself hyped up on rumors. Relax and wait for an official announcement.

I dont think I would ever switch to the pre. Have you used that phone? Its not all its hyped to be. The idea of a landscape and portrait touchscreen and an only portrait keyboard is humorous to me.

Obviously to each his own, hope you get a phone you like.

Enjoy waiting forever. Think of it more as skipping along the technology riverbed. Every phone that you get along the way skips one or two models/generations. You will always be moving forward though. If you hang around for the next best thing you will always be waiting for that.

Some one told me once, Patience is a virtue seldom found in a man but never found in a woman.
No release date was ever given as anything resembling offical, so it did not keep getting pushed back, you just took the earliest date and ran with it while a bunch of us here knew it wouldn't hold.
We all hoped but didn't count on anything.
Besides if you like it today but not tomorrow then how are you going to deal with it for 2 years.
Yes there are always newer and better phones coming out just make a decision and stick to it.

It would be awful if RIM started working on the Storm 3 sometime right after the Storm 2 came out.

So you've been waiting for months... big whoop! Get in line like everyone else. I'm sure VZW couldn't care less what device you opt for - whether it be a BlackBerry, Motorola, Palm, LG, etc. - so long as it's in their stable and you're paying them monthly.
