Default I really hope the Storm 2 software is as good as it sounds!

Because as of right now I am disgusted with the Storm 1's software. I'm sick of seeing constant loading screens and constant 5-10 second delays on everything I click. Not to mention very bad memory leaks. I think the Storm 2 looks very promising, but if these problems don't get fixed it will be a HUGE letdown!!! But I'm giving RIM the benefit of the doubt, and I'm very excited for this phone, let's just hope its as good as it sounds!!!

OS 148 seem to be so good ! and if you not satisfied with it........OS 151 will bring your storm to high level in all aspects ......believe me I can ganranty for that .....upgrade not a complex process and a lot of threads show you how to do it in CB , try to find out and upgrade your storm and you will not regret .....
I am using OS 167 for storm 9500 and my phone run like a BEAST ..... no lags , great battery , nice transition , everthings ....
Come on ! do it man..............you better know almost storm user suffer it from OS 65 but for OS 151 & 167 I can bet that all storm users 9530 & 9500 quite happy with their storm now !..........a real deal

I would have to say from what I've seen so far it looks to be better. I like my Storm1, it has its issues, and I'm waiting on Storm2 to come out. The things I'm excited about, better typing experience. It looks to have 5.0 OS. Wifi, which means I can incorporate the device into my home/office network as well as there will be some new apps that weren't available for non wifi blackberry devices. The buttons at the bottom are now in the screen, i really think that Storm1 should have been this way.
