Default Has the BT volume issued been fixed? (9550)

I know it's been asked a thousand times and I know there are plenty of threads devoted to that but I have a few more questions also.

1) Has the bluetooth volume issue been fixed yet with the latest OS release for Storm 2 ?

2) Is there a Hybrid OS that fixes it if it's been fixed by RIM yet?

3) Has anyone else had the problem of the "back" function not wanting to back you out of text messages or backing you up to the home screen? Mine seems to want to hang-up this morning and I've done several battery pulls, still doing it. Sometimes it does this and then it just stops and doesn't happen again for awhile.

I just got an Otterbox for this phone and I was hoping that RIM would have that BT volume issue fixed by now or somebody would have a hybrid that would fix it. I've been considering iPhone... I know everyone is sick of hearing that but it seems RIM just can't get their mess together and release a phone worthy and with a working OS. And now here comes iPhone 4S... What's up with RIM?

Can anybody point me to a working OS and something that will make it worth sticking with this phone?

47 people viewed this and nobody has an opinion or thought on what I could do yet?

I know somebody out there has a solution and some of you guys have had these same problems.

When I has my storm 2 I never had a single problem with blue tooth. I always used my jawbone whenever I was in a call. Now I did always run a hybrid so that could have helped.

Well the 320 OS I'm still on, my BT works fine. Everything I upgraded to (OS wise) just caused low volume problems that a lot of others seemed to have had as well.

I'm thinking that since I've not updated the OS, that's probably why I'm having the lag problems and why some of the themes and such doesn't work probably. I know some OS's have buggy issues to start with but I don't think that's the case with 320.

I have a huge issue with the newest App store and I'm thinking that's cause of such an old OS.
