Is it recommended to setup gmail on my device using the imap settings or thru email setup?

I've set it up through the device setup and I've set it up over the internet. Doesn't make any difference to me IMO.

I prefer through E-mail setup, in which you can screw up a lot less by going that direction.

I'm using multiple Gmail accounts on my Storm 2, and just found it to be easier this way.

It's super easy to do through the e-mail setup. Just your user name and pw is all it needs.

Google's gmail program just sucks on BB. It's ok on Android, but I still don't use it
