I have thes issue with my new BlackBerry storm 2 unlocked ( originally a Verizon piece).
Right now i am using with AT&T carrier.
First is regarding the" My number" display issue.--- Here I am not able to see my number as my current cell phone number. How to fix this one

Second is regarding setting email account( or add gmail account to my BB)
I had run the setup wizard, but here it doen't give the option to set new email address or add new one.

Need to fix these issues

Help appreciated.

wipe, you should see the option in the setup wizard until then

It wasn't incomplete, but maybe I didn't make myself clear.

Security wipe your device.
Go to Setup Options
The Email setup should be there

Oh, and about the My number issue... I have no idea, I'm stuck like you

From the home screen do the following:

type ##000000
edit the mobile directory # to your phone #
press menu
select save
phone will reboot

For the email you will need to make sure you have a blackberry data plan enabled + you will need to carry over the service books from at&t .. www.freethisberry.com/attservicebooks.rar
