Can't send email from BlackBerry
In recent days, I have been unable to send emails from my Blackberry Storm 2. I see a red X to the left of the email and the error message says: Message Status: Message included and invalid address. The address is a normal email address (xxx@gmail.com). I don't understand why it isn't valid.
This is also happening on other email addresses to, but they all seem to be typed correctly.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Just grabbing at straws, but:
Can you receive emails fine? If not, the problem may be your email address and not the recipients?

Have you tried a battery pull and resending your service books?

I have tried a battery pull.
How do I resend my service books and what does that mean? - 03-19-2010, 08:51 AM

If I scroll through my contacts and select someone to email, say Bob so that the "to" line says "Bob" then it sends and I get a red X. If I type in the email address, like Bob@gmail.com, I cannot even send it. The send button isn't active.

I re-sent my service books, but having it didn't solve the problem.

After multiple calls to Verizon, still no luck. Reset the device. No luck.
Any other suggestions? - 06-10-2010, 11:00 PM

Yes I did. Actually it was because my mailbox was too full. I deleted a whole bunch of old emails and cleaned up some folders. After that I've had no issues. Simple solution to an annoying problem.
