Can I sell my Asurion replacement phone?

So I had the blackberry 9650, lost it, got my replacement phone from asurion they sent me the blackberry 9550 cause the 9650 was on backorder- my 9650 turned up (thank god because i like it more than the storm)- and now I need to sell the asurion phone!! I don't want my 99 dollars to be in vain that i spent to get this stupid replacement phone.

I need help figuring out if I can sell it on ebay?
When I got the 9550 I charged it, activated it messed with it for a bit, then deactivated it just a few hours later when I found my old phone. I did a phone wipe to put it back to normal. Can I still sell this phone as new? And since i'm on the verizon network- can another verizon person even activate it without it going onto my number? I have no idea how this words but I reallyy need to sell it! My concern is what will happen when someone else tries to activate it.

This is for Verizon if I wasn't clear. I also forgot to ask do I include the SIM card even though i activated it and deactivated it?
