Blackberry Bold - Is Storm2 an upgrade?

So the insurance company is offering to upgrade me to the Blackberry Storm2 from my Blackberry Bold. I'm not a fan of touchscreens...so is it technically an upgrade? Is it easy to use? Should I do the switch. I'm sticking with Blackberry regardless, but should I wait for my BB Bold to come back? Anyways, any advice would be awesome!

That would be a downgrade! The Storm 2 is WAY older than the Bold. The Storm is stuck on OS 5 too, so if you're used to OS 6 then you'd be moving down again.

As mjs416 says, DON'T DO IT!!! In fact, I'd laugh at them for even trying to get rid of their Storm stock by pawning an old phone off on you by trying to call it an "upgrade"

Just because it is a touch screen doesnt mean it is an upgrade.... like everyone else said, stick with what you like/know!
