Battery life - not lasting as long as it used to

I have had my Verizon Storm 2 since June 2012 (no wifi). All of a sudden my power is almost run down in the middle of the day - without heavy application use. Mostly shirt e-mails, a call or two, reading twitter feeds and AP stories. I used to have quite a bit of power left at the end of the day with similar usage. I don't use bluetooth and unless I am going somewhere I only enable GPS for 911. My husband said it is just jealous of the new IPAD but I think something else is going on.

It could be an issue with vzw and an intermittent or weak signal (with tower upgrades to lte this has not been uncommon) .

It could also be a failing battery. It happens.

Those batteries last about 2yrs. I had to replace mine and the wife's right at the two year mark. Maybe your phone was a refurbished or it's been sitting for a while.
