No need to shout.

What carrier are you trying to use the device with?

Is your SIM card compatible with the BlackBerry? Not all of them are.

Try a different SIM card.

Please don't type using text speak. Use real words and complete sentences so that other people can understand what exactly you are trying to say.

Go to an AT&T store and ask them if your SIM card is compatible.

Also, you will be required to have a BlackBerry Data Plan if you activate a BlackBerry device on AT&T.

Default Which one should i do first?

Hi, im new to this site,I recently purchased an unlocked Blackberry Storm 9550 from Ebay, which i'll be using on the T-Mobile Network. I was wondering, should I restore all my data(i.e. contacts, messages, etc) on my storm first before I download the T-mobile service books on to it, or should I download the service books first and then restore my data? Thanks very much in advance!

300ZXGuy, have you tried going into your connections, then "mobile network options", then change the "network technology" from "global" to "GSM"?

Have you done that? it should work then.
