I have a Storm 2 and recently the Address Book is not allowing me to Add/Edit any of my contacts. The error messaage just says that Rim Address Book is not responding.
How can I corect this issue. Thanks

Hi I had the very same problem. Have you done the update for the MSN app?
It was that messing my address book up. Hope it helps. I just deleted the msn

i tried deleting the MSN messenger and still the same freezing and not responding.Any other suggestions

Having same problem started sometime in the last week, edit or new contact gets no action. If I power down and up get the following message: uncaught exception app net_rim_BB_addressbook_app(252) is not responding: process terminated

Not sure what to do, did battery pull to restart same issue, everything else in address book seems to work.

Should I restore a backup of system operating system? Any suggestions will be appreciated; something happened in April to cause this worked perfertly before that time.

Deleted all upgrades for April, windows live messenger, facebook, BBM, app world; contacts working fine with edit/new contact.

Reloaded all updates and contacts still working; appears something went amiss during upgrades and i believe it was app world. Hope this helps, keeping my fingers crossed! :)

I'm having the same problem. How do you undo all upgrades?

Same problem here...so frustrating! I guess I need to delete those apps and then reinstall them?
