I've just installed theme builder 5.0 and simulator for 9550 which has the 5.0.0.334 version.
I've found something curious.... if you use any kind of keybord, when you press a key, it shows you the key you're going go press EXACTLY as the iphone does.
I mean, it shows you the letter in a little white box just up the letter you're going to press.

Here is an image that explain better then i did

Is it just the simulator or .334 really has this great feature?

This was originally slated to be included on 5.0 but was scrapped for unknown reasons. It may make n appearance in later builds. At least I hope it does.

As nice as that might be, I would think that would cause keyboard lag..

@RHChan84, I agree. I type fast enough on the Storm2 that I wouldn't utilize that given feature.

Yup, I would probably disable it. I usually look at the next button I'm going to type with instead of the current button anyways so that feature is nice but not really needed, well at least for me.

Nope, I was running it on S1, worked great, no lag, I was so disappointed it wasnt on the initial release OS version of S2.

Among other things, tabbed browser, separate mail boxes for BES etc.

I could see it being a problem actually... Well depending on how fast you type, and where they put the boxes.

I personally would never use it lol but it could be nice for those times where I switch to landscape because my phone is trying to tell me what to type...
