I searched for almost an hour and couldnt find the answer i was looking for...

We are a very, very small company and do not use an exchange server - the 5 employees share an individual computer in the office, but can also use webmail (firefox or IE) or outlook imap from their home.

Can I use the storm with the $30 data plan (BIS i assume) and still send & receive email via outlook on the storm?

i know how annoying questions like these can get, but I searched till my eyes bled.

Welcome to CB your storm does not use outlook for anything if you have an email acct you will be getting your email via the BIS. Go to your providers BIS and setup your acct and enjoy

If i just post yes it wont let me because it too short and you need to have 10 characters in post for it to work
