never seen this before, but i guess it kind of gives some variety? Reminds me of one time (haven't seen it since) but i was putting someones pin # for BBM or something of the sort and it only had the numbers and letters used in pin #'s, kept me from switching to and from keyboard type.

can't get it to be normal, none of the side options work to make it change back to normal...this isn't my Storm ( my storm would NEVER act this way ;-) ) but a friend of mine at work. Can someone please help us?
