The menu button (button in between the call button and the back burton) is not responding anymore. I restarted this and it still occurs. Anybody know what the **** is going on?

I've been here a little while, but with little BB knowledge to pass on, I'm little seen in the forums.
I'm diggin my phone tho, all except for that lock button. If I cared more I might care more.
First night I picked up my Storm I was all excited to start using it. Got home and realized that my menu(BB) button didn't work at all! You could press it and feel the movement but it didn't register anything.
Tough to set up the phone without that damn button!
Took it back the next morning and got a replacement, new phone (not refurb) and it worked fine. Bad QC and not sure why it stopped working but see if you are under warranty and can get a replacement.
Not really a solution but thought I'd share my own experience with that button.
