When I am in Messages or SMS and MMS the phone will only stay in portrait mode. I spent half an hour last night trying to figure out if it was some goofy setting but was unlucky. Does anyone have any possible solutions or have experienced this before?

does it go to landscape mode when you are in the home screen? .75 is kind of slow when it transitions from one view to another. give it a little tap.

Ya it goes to landscape in the home screen. I'm using the OS that came on it, I havent messed around with any of that. The phone is less that 2 months old..

Haha when you figure out how you got it to lock in portrait, post it here.

Lots of people have been asking for a way to lock in portrait mode.

Have you tried a battery pull?

And I agree when running .75 it seemed like it took forever and a day to switch from portait to landscape.
