    I have some difficulties with getting my unlocked 9530 to TMo working so i figured if i wipe the device clear and reload the OS would it help get everything working a little better. can anyone help me out with this?

    I am going to say yes. I had to do this to my storm and after my storm has been great. What os ar you trying to put on your phone.

    edit the 1st post. i have an unlocked 9530 to Tmo but some of the apps are missing and/or dont really work. i have the BB unlimited data plan with Tmo. but for some reason i cant manage my email. i did resend all my service books and still it doesnt work. any tips?
