Will the Storm work with a Bluetooth Interface Module on a new Mercedes Benz? It's too new to be shown on their web site.

this prob is a lil too late bout your treo. i had a same problem with my 700wx and the pioneer avic-f90bt. under the contact category, you had to check box the "car kit" and it will transfer the contacts over.

and OP...check out mbworld.org and ask there.

Yes. It works perfectly with both the MHI Interface (Bluetooth Puck) and the 2.5 COMAND System (most 2009's). Address Book download, etc...

    I sell MB's.

Actually it is not possible it won't work. Land Rover electronics are not the same as MB electronics. The question was will the Storm Bluetooth work with an MB, and the answer is Yes. Perfectly.

All I said was that its possible it wont work because my phone didn't sync with my car.

There is a possibility that Some Cars won't sync with phones made after a cars production.

I May Not Have A Mercedes Benz, But I came across the same issue with my car.

I was giving some insight based off of my experiences.

Isn't that what these boards are all about?

These days I think most bt phones will "work" with most cars. The usual MIA feature is the ability to transfer contact info to the hands free device. All the vzw phones I've had didn't include this feature.

I'm sure it will. We have two storms, and both work flawless with our integrated bluetooth - 2007 Acura TL and 2009 Chevy Malibu - so I am sure a new mercedes will work just fine.

If you want to be 100% sure, pair it up while on the test drive. In most cars, you just hold the talk button down in the car and say BLUETOOTH or SETUP.

After you have connected to the car, under the Paired Devices screen click on the specific car connection and you will be met with a screen that gives you the option to 'Transfer Contacts'
