    Can I use Wifi on my 9530 without a data plan? If so where do I find the wifi setup wizard? I've looked under manage connections and its not on there.

    True but the OP could have been told that it does by a vzw rep. I generally get told different things by each rep I speak to.

    But still if that was the case a search on here or even google should have been able to answer this.

    No I don't know all of the capabilities for the Storm. It was free from work so I come on here and ask you fags questions so I don't have to look in the instruction book. Thanks for the answers though.
