ok so I have a certain song for my MMS alert and then I used a different one for when my GF calls or txt....then all my normal MMS come in as they should but my mms from twitter updates and voicemail alerts come across as my gf's tone ...i have double checked and reset them and still does it

Did you set the contact alert or the alert when you just go to your Sound settings? Double check.

Contact Alert....for just my GF # and now the Twitter updates come through with that tome lol

Try to set twitter update to nothing , see what happen

good luck mine does it to.I've found tht if i get a voicemail the alert will be the last txt message i got tone.It drives me insane.
