I have a storm, Mexican made, and I want to return it for screen clicking problems. It is after my 30 days, so I am guessing I will get a refurb. I do have the 5 dollar a month protection plan, so will that change anything? If I do get a refurb though, has anyone had any luck with there's? (screen coloring, clicking, dust, reboots, etc.) And do they look brand new with things such as scratches? Any help is greatly appreciated.

im not sure but why do people hate refurb phones so much or demand a new one? i went through 3 voyagers and they all seemed fine to me

I agree. Refurbs are fine but you shouldn't have to get one if you paid 200 bucks for a new phone and the manufacturers screwed up.
