    Sorry if this is a repeat, but I don't think I've seen another post that asked this particular question.

    Have you contacted RIM regarding the issues with the Storm release - hardware quality control, software bugs, limited availability, etc? Seems like a lot of us are calling VZW, but doesn't RIM have some liability here, too?

    Curious who's called/emailed RIM and what kind of response you got.
