Hey all... I just bought the BB Storm and love it. I'm a first time BB user as well so I'm super green. I downloaded the Slacker radio app and enjoyed it and when I closed out of the app it has disappeared completely. It is not in the apps folder, but it does appear in the:
Options>Advanced Options>Applications area of the phone. I thought that I'd try re-downloading and got a message to the effect that the app was already installed.

Could one of you BB tech gods please assist please?

2)did you retry sending your service books?

if you hid that folder...hit menu, then SHOW ALL

I did the battery pull with no success. I have no clue how to resend service books.

I also noticed that I do not even have a downloads folder at all...?

Did I inadvertantly delete it or something?
