Order online. I did. The site said it would ship by the 17th but I just got confirmation and a tracking # already.

Called a local store here in AZ, they told me the end of January. LOL. I don't think the guy knew what he was talking about.

ordered mine on 12/7...called for update of my order they say it will be shipped 12/15....i'm hopin............rudy

My guess is that the people who are ordering now will keep getting the new batches..So order or it's going to be a long time before they are actually in the stores available for sale on-site.

I called around today, and found a Best Buy that had received 4 in last night. I went down and bought one since I just became eligible for an upgrade today. So, there are units being shipped to stores, just have to keep checking around.

In the Los Angeles Times Sunday paper today, Verizon had an ad pamphlet and the front advertised The Storm with the blurb "In stores now!!".

My local bb has been getting 5 at a time since release and they have been selling them out each time. I asked by buddy who works there and he told me that the last 10 they got in were sold at full price. I think I believe him.

Best buy has them...every two or three days, but have to get there, when they first open, 9am!
