Mine does. Continues flashing every once in a whyle when I get a visual voice mail and I'm doing something else. Nothing a battery pull can't handle. Ahh the joys of .86 (.86 = concept car)
Get what you pay for is what the name brands count on from the consumer. Having said that, I still like the bb one better between those two though. But here's what I don't get - why is the same Amzer one that includes the extra battery charger $33 more than the $16.99 one? I'd give that one a try if it was $30 instead of $60.

#2 by far looks the sexiest, i have one myself, the only thing im not a big fan of is the fact that i have to take off my silicone case to actually put it in the dock. but other then that minor issue, its a great and very recommended dock
I have the Blackberry dock. One issue with it though is that if you put a skin on it (Invisible Shield, Phantomskinz, etc), it will go in VERY tightly and hard to remove. I "modified" mine with a dremel (took off a little material on the edges of the charging stand) and now the phone goes in smoothly. Just something to consider.
