hello just did the :berryology: t mobile service book ,,,when i i register mobile using the++000000 and then you enter your mobile number,i see lots of settings from previous owner any idea what should or shouldn't be in there

Download an app like BlackBerry Swiss army knife or JLcmdr to you PC. Use the program to completely wipe your BlackBerry. Once it reboots you will try a white screen error. Then install your OS using desktop manager or app loader. There are other threads with downloads to the programs and more detailed instructions if you need them.<br />
