I ordered a storm from the telesales but got impatient and found one at Best Buy. I then canceled the telesales order but today got a fedex tracking number.

So my question is:

Can I sell this phone to someone as a retail phone? can I sell it to someone to upgrade a line?

What are my options besides just rejecting the shipment?

did you pay full retail price for any of them? or were they both contract pricing?

i think that you can just not accept it when fedup delivers it as it requires a signature and they will credit it back to you
