I tried to sign up for an account and it said I already had one associated with my PIN. So, I used my PIN to try to get my username / password and it said I didn't have a username / Password and to use my device to access BIS.
It will allow you access to the BIS settings for your phone. You can setup and adjust email accounts on your phone from the site. Also, you can resend service books to your phone as well.
Why can't I create an account? It says I already have one when I go to create one, but when I go to retrieve my user info using my Pin, it says I don't have one.
