Those are just samples the phone came with. You can download bbfilescout and delete them. That's what I did

is bbfilescout downloaded to the phone and run (or computer)?

just samples for backgrounds of whatever the heck you want. Just like windows has some music, video and photo samples. It allows you to try out the media programs without having to load anything yourself

They are taking up app memory but it is a really insignifigant amount though.
