The Blackberry never exceeds the Class 2 spec so putting in a higher (and more expensive) Class rating serves no purpose.
EDIT: Whilst Class 2 devices do everything that a BlackBerry can do, a recent post points out that using a Clacc 4 or even Class 6 card will allow it to do so faster. So if speed is your game, pay a little bit extra for a higher Class rating.
I wish i knew exactly what would be efected so i can make my decision. Would the videos take a bit less time to save to the chip? Would playback be smoother? What else does the chip effect?
I got this one and it works but I wish I had gotten it with a USB reader as well as the old readers I have do not read the SDHC chips. I wanted to use the old 8gb mem as a USB flash drive but now I need to get a new USB reader.
Some of the ebay sellers sell the reader with it as a package and you save some money that way.
I just ordered this one, but haven't received it yet. Should be here Monday. I already have a Class 2 16GB card, but I'm going to put that in my spare Storm and use the Class 6 in my primary. Will see how it works out and how much difference it makes!
