i am getting a message when i am trying to check my sent text message folder. the message reads: UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION DSSMA INVALID STATE 5:3...Any ideas what is going on?
I get this same message. Pulling the battery does not seem to work. It seems to affect scrolling on my email. For instance, I cannot scroll from one email to another. Plus, not all of my emails appear. If I simply push the ball, It goes to the compose email screen.

I'm having a similar issue with my phone today too. My error reads "Uncaught exception: DSSMA: invalid state (5): 2". I haven't changed anything or made any updates. Usually all of my bbms and emails end up in the message folder. Now they are split and I have one email per week in the message folder and I can only read my bbms from the bbm icon and my emails by clicking the email address icon. Of course I have an old battery with a "wet sticker" so I can't just stop at Verizon on my way home.
