Is there possibly a wallpaper option when your phone is at landscape mode?

Cause it looks very plain with that blue shady background when the phone is locked

I don't think its possible the only time ive seen the background different colour other than black in landscape mode is when you have a different theme on apart from the default. As for the gay blue black screen when you lock the phone in landscape I have never ever seen that change!!
I've tried to find ways around it but no success. Hope you find some clarity
