i went to check my voicemail the other day and i heard a busy signal, not even a ring. so i tried later and same thing. i keep trying and i just get a busy signal. any help on how to fix this thanks!

Dial your own cell number. That should send you to voicemail.

very frustrating for co workers!!!! i have a bb8820....called IS and they have not been very helpful....as this is my phone and their SIM.....VM was working fine until last week...
