So I've had my Storm for over a month and I called Vodafone today because on of my friends got one and his click was much softer and his screen didnt shake like mine does. After getting through all of the German menus I finally got to the BB specialist whom is sending me a replacement at no cost even though I am out of my 30 window. To top it all they actually send a Vodafone person to your house to exchange it so you dont have to worry about mailing anything back. Only a 2 or 3 day wait. We will see how it works when it gets here.

I thought that it was going to be a big run around with the people over here, however the only the problem that I had was getting a service rep that spoke english. But that only took 2 phone calls. Why can't Verizon, whom owns vodafone, be this nice everywhere?

Actually Verizon doesn't own Vodafone. Vodafone owns 45% of Verizon Wireless and Verizon the other 55%.

I stand corrected. I did not know that. Perhaps all Verizon customers should be made aware of this that way when they have some complaints that a lot of other Verizon users have had they can take it to the "BIG GUYS/GALS"

I think it depends on the country VODA is ... see here in Spain, if U have a problem they usually tell U to shove it up your xxx, and if U want some results U have to fight like it's your life, and if your LUCKY enough to talk to someone actually IN spain and not some SA underpaid trained drone that doesn't give a crap about his work or the service, you may actually get to somewhere... and then they start billing you wrong (extra) for stuff that IS included in the tariff, so go fight again!
Spain is NOT the place to get some sort of good service... it's more or less the jungle... (Spanish ppl will agree with me...sadly).

Anyways, happy for the German VODA ppl, that they have such good service!
    CIAO!
