    Hi. Ive searched and called verizon and couldnt get an answer....

    when someone sends me an email with a picture in the body, i cannot see the picture...friends of mine with the tour and the world phone both can so i think im missing something..can anyone help?

    are you clicking and openning the attachment? Did you use shrink-a-os at anytime? Do you have attachment service installed?

    i clicked to open, it eventually just times out and doesnt open....ive never used shrink a os and i have never added an attachment service...i am running 151 but this has never worked for me

    it should be installed already, check you applications in the options menu

    I looked under applications and i dont see it installed..i do see under bb core aplications net-rim-bb-attach...in any event, why isnt this working?

    for some reason, i can view on my hotmail but not my work address....someone else in my office with the storm can see the pic on their work email..what am i missing?

    See if this helps, just my attempt at helping....

    Open Messages folder, then Options > Email Settings > set "Enable HTML Email" and "Download Images Automatically" to Yes

    Or when viewing the email, BBKey > Get Images

    thks i already have those on yes...when i click on applications, i do not have attachement services and im not sure how to get them

    You can install it in App Loader on your PC. Check off "Blackberry Attachment Service"
