im trying to put a movie on my 9530 with official telus os 5.0.0.419. I can not seem to get the videos to work, only the audio will play when i try to play the movies. I have tried using xilisoft and some baker program to convert to mp4, wmv, 3gp i can not seem to get this to work. Any suggestions how to get it working?
The Storm has lackluster (to say the least) video codec support. Well, so do the Bold and the Pearl. The 8900 supports WMV3 and other more recent video formats... I have files that play on my 8900 that display no video on my 9530.
But anyway, try standard MPEG. I know it's awful and ancient, but whatever, you have a gigantic MicroSD card, right?
