    How come when I take videos and I try to play them it says unsupported form of media? I don't get how that could be possible when it's taken on the phone.

    There is a known problem with the phone.

    There is aworkaround though. When you're done recording hit pause then the BB button twice.
    That should help until a fix comes out.
