Hey at this point I'm doing anything and everything I can to ensure that I get a storm release day. I was wondering if there's a difference between signing up for a contract with Best Buy or Verizon? I heard from a not so reliable source that Best Buy doesn't give you all the warantees that the Verizon store does. I was just wondering if someone could verify this for me
Thanks
I thought Best Buy was a authorized Verizon dealer? Wouldn't that mean they offer the same things? I personally would rather deal directly with Verizon though.
Well I'm illegible for an upgrade with Verizon and I can't take off work that day and I'm scared that Verizon will run out of units by the time I get off work and I'm already signed up for the pre-order at Best Buy which guarantees I get a phone.
Well since you have a pre order with BB then i guess stick with it. I dont know if the warranties or options are different between them and verizon but which are you worried about more getting a phone or the warranty. That should be your deciding factor.
same deal with no mir so the 50 is immediate. i got an appointment and dont have to sit outside, dont see how either choices would be wrong just so long as you get the phone
Im going to try hitting a corp store before i go to BBY, Especially since I was asking BBY what there 1 year contract price would be and they are telling me "Verizon doesnt do 1 year contracts, only 2 year"
yea by all means I'm going to go check out the Verizon store before I go to BB but just in case there sold out i know i have one waiting for me at BB. Just trying to ensure i get one that day
