    I'm using the verizon DM software that came with the device. I have since reloaded the most up to date DM from RIM and the .85 release. I then lost my Active Device (PIN) option and redirector. I reinstalled the Verizon software and the .75 release and my device PIN is still coming up as none. Do I need to login into the BB/Verizon BIS site to restablish my connection? I seem to need this to work to properly reconcile my outlook pop3 account. It all worked prior to trying out the new OS. Anyone else having this issue? I am having trouble logging in due to the site saying my pin is already registered and I guess I don't have the right password to get logged in. Is there a way to run the updated DM and have this active or do I need to run the VRZ software that came with the redirector.

    I've made several post on this and done a couple searches to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction, I'm getting hugely frustrated with this...
