I tried downloading this program called VDownloader from download.com onto my laptop. Basically it allows you to download flv videos (like youtube) and convert them. Fortunately they have a iphone setting, psp setting, etc.

Anyways, I tried downloading it. I downloaded 3 youtube videos, and used the iphone setting. And put in the url for a fight night round 4 trailer, halo wars trailer, and jizz in my pants music video. Within the 15 minutes I've played with this program, I was able to download these three short clips, convert them and watch them on my Storm.

This program is as simple as it gets, and it is very easy to use. Just put in the url of the video, put in the setting, and it'll automatically convert it for you after the video has downloaded.

Download speed and conversions were very fast. After you finish downloading, you can just drag the file into your media card.

I highly recommend this program for people that want simple, fast conversions for flv videos. If you are a videophile then this program is not for you. I did notice if you find the video in higher quality, then it will look better on your phone as well. The only problem I've faced so far is that when clicking the "high-quality mode" within youtube, the link does not change so it still downloads in original format. I'm looking for a way around this.
