ok so I upgraded to 5.0 and I lost My email... anyone have this problem, or know how to fix it? I have My SMS and MMS and messages tab, but not my email......

If you have SMS then your emails should be there...Is the Email Icon on you screen?

Did you backup before upgrading? If so then just restore the messages database. If not, check your My Documents folder and look for a recent backup there. With any luck, the upgrade process created a backup for you, which you can open in DM and restore the messages database.

Have you tried going through the setup menu and then setup your e-mail settings again.

ok the message icon is on my screen. and the SMS icon is on my screen, but before I upgraded I had another icon that was my work email. I have gone through the email sent up again and it is there however no icon... and again I am kinda ignorant to all this. so sorry

go to applications screen and hit BB menu..show all....see if that helps?
