You can't upgrade for free. I saw an upgrade deal from Sears the other day. I would check that out or call your provider and see if they can work something out for you. That's what I did.

I would have to disagree with that comment, you can tell you don't own one.
With the added memory, the wifi, the way better surepress touchscreen. Its pretty much a totally different phone.
It now has all the little features you wished the Storm 1 had and you still don't get simply by upgrading to the 5.0 software.
Its doesn't need rebooting, no freezing up, no more memory leaks. Did I mention you can add apps at your leasure and not have to worry about how much memory you have left or have to deleted the apps you don't use as often just to add a newer app.
You can type so much faster and without all the mistakes.
You would definitely have to own one to know what I'm talking about.
Playing with it in the Verizon Store or your buds just don't do it.
