There was an upgrade available on my Storm this morning, and I've been trying to make it work for about an hour now. I get an error message that says "Not enough available memory to complete upgrade. Delete 1.9 MB of personal data and then resume upgrade."
OK, what gives? I have about 10 contacts in my phone, because this is my first BB and I'm looking for an easy way to download my contacts instead of entering them on the Storm.
I do have two e-mail accounts, but I've deleted all of the e-mails. I also deleted all of the missed calls.
No problem...there are a ton of posts in the "sticky" section that you should browse through...the "ultimate tips and tricks" thread is very good as well
