Okay, so last night I attempted to update my phone but came to no success. I downloaded the .exe program, installed it, and then ran DM. I did the updater but it found nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Open Desktop Manager, go to Help > About > Device Software. Do you see it listed?

I ran into this same issue a couple days ago. What worked for me was:
1. Go to Control Panel and Uninstal DM & any BB System Software that shows up in the application listing on your PC.

Reboot the PC

2. Re-install DM 4.7 (Make sure you have the latest version which you can DL from BB site.

3. Install the .75 OS update.

Run DM and connect your Storm and the update notice will appear.

This worked for me and all is well with .75 on my Storm.
