So I attempted to install the new OS and experienced some irritating bugs, suffice to say, the USB decided to stop "working" during the install and everything crashed. Figuring the OS was a little screwy, I wiped the phone and reset it to factory settings.

Now it's back up and the USB is still "not working". Now I say "not working" loosely because after hooking it up to the computer I still get the charge icon, but the desktop manager and the device manager believe nothing is hooked up to the PC. I know my USB ports are perfectly fine and I've tested all of them. What the **** is going on?

Try going to options/memory make sure Mass Storage Mode support is set to on
and auto enable mass storage mode when connected is set to yes. Save your new settings and try again.

Unfortunately it doesn't work, the utility just hangs there searching for the phone. :/

My DM would see the phone but the CPU wouldn't...if that makes sense?
