I am on version 4.7.0.75 and my Desktop manager told me there was an update and I selected to go ahead, right after the backup, during the first reboot my daughter decided to run up and shut the laptop... Update never happened, and Desktop Manager will not allow me to do it again.. Is there a secret to make it happen?

So I am using the most current version?? My phone has been acting really slow since this, and I did a battery pull with no luck. Is there a way to re-install it? Maybe it only half way got done?
