Default Unlocked Storm help

I've looked through some of the threads for answers but nothing seems to work. I have an unlocked Storm and its quite old actually, when I used to use it everything was fine but now I'm temporarily using it and I can't get the internet to work. I went up to T-Mobile to ask to get switched to a Blackberry data plan but they said all the phones on their network runs on the same internet plan now so I don't know if that's the problem or not but the browser icon on my phone isn't even showing.

Also, when I turn it on I get this:

"Uncaught exception: ApplicationRegistry.wait For (0x3bc6259193b4b87c) timeout"

You will need to input tmobile apn settings in options-advanced-tcp

as for your error code, you will need to reflash your device,

How do I figure out my APN? Is that the same login info as the website?
